Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in high-volume environment
  • Completion of state-mandated alcohol server training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patrons
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Must comply with union membership and work eligibility rules

Job Qualifications

  • Proven bartending experience often requiring 1+ years in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage recipes
  • State-mandated alcohol server training such as TIPS or SERVSAFE
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet patrons, take orders, make recommendations, and handle payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked bar area including washing glassware and managing inventory
