The Union Assistant Server, also known as the Server Assistant or Busser, plays a crucial role in supporting servers by maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. This position requires a friendly and enthusiastic approach while operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment with continuous customer interaction. The assistant server’s primary responsibilities include pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables, assisting servers by running food and beverage orders from the kitchen, and ensuring stations, glassware, and table setups are complete and well-stocked. This role also involves maintaining proper condition and cleanliness of the dining areas and serving equipment to uphold the company’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Duties
- Pre-bussing tables throughout the shift
