- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Experience with office or clerical work
- Ability to work independently and make customer service decisions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Adherence to safety programs and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Familiarity with ironing press and steaming equipment preferred

Job Duties
- Distribute uniforms to customer employees promptly and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns face to face
- Maintain and stock inventory
- Perform minor uniform repairs
- Deliver products to various customer facility locations
- Order and label new garments
- Organize the uniform room for efficient garment handout and maintain daily transaction records
