Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in uniform or wardrobe management preferred
  • Basic alteration and sewing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach overhead, and navigate stairs and ladders
  • Availability to work flexible hours including non-event days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a positive and professional attitude
  • Must be able to pass background screening

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient seamstress with ability to perform basic alterations quickly and efficiently
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm in guest and employee interactions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Grooming and uniform management
  • Inventory and provide accurate information for ordering uniform parts
  • Notify Office Manager of any out-of-stock uniform parts or supplies
  • Process uniform shipments and input counts into inventory system
  • Order nametags for new hires and replacements
  • Maintain uniforms in good repair, clean, and replace as needed
  • Work one non-event day weekly for uniform fittings, laundry, and inventory
  • Coordinate uniform returns from departing team members
  • Ensure the Uniform Room is neat and orderly
  • Fit and issue complete uniforms to new hires
  • Assist frontline team members in grooming and uniform standard compliance during events
  • Maintain and issue radios and accessories to ushers
  • Perform fittings and alterations during events as needed
  • Produce end-of-event reports
  • Maintain uniform database and conduct locker audits
  • Inventory special order items for upcoming seasons
  • Perform other tasks and projects as requested
