Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Minimum one year of operations experience
- Food Handler certification as per local requirements, obtained at own expense
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and manage conflict

Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma
- Guiding Baker Assistants and assisting with their training
- Performing all duties of Baker Assistants when needed
- Ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining cleanliness
- Monitoring ingredient quality and inventory
- Operating kitchen and baking equipment safely
- Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation
