Uncle Tetsu blends authentic Japanese baking techniques with an inviting atmosphere, promising a delightful culinary experience with every visit. Visitors are drawn not only by the unique texture and flavor of the cheesecakes but also by the brand's dedication to maintaining high standards across all its establishments.

The role of Baker at Uncle Tetsu involves preparing a range of baked products including cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts, all crafted meticulously to meet the company’s established recipes and standards. The work environment is dynamic and demanding; Bakers must manage various tasks simultaneously while adhering to food safety regulations and company protocols. As part of the Panda Restaurant Group, the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept, Uncle Tetsu benefits from a strong company culture that emphasizes integrity, ethics, and respect for both employees and customers. The company is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment, with particular attention to accommodating diverse individuals, including minors and seniors.
