Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Prior experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to start early mornings
Commitment to work-life balance
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

One to three years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
Proven ability to manage P&L and meet food cost and labor goals
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Experience in recruiting and developing staff
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Oversee all daily store operations to ensure excellence and compliance
Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Conduct scheduling, inventory management, and ordering activities
Ensure store audit readiness and adherence to health and safety standards
Monitor financial performance including food costs, labor targets, and daily deposits
Support catering, mobile, and in-store orders to maintain smooth execution
Foster a positive work environment and develop internal talent
