Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- two or more years of prior relevant experience in VIP, front desk or concierge services highly preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in multiple computer systems
- effective multi-line phone management
- ability to provide personalized guest service
- knowledge of local area attractions
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues immediately
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary service consistent with ultra-luxury core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards and brand attributes
- operate seven different computer systems and manage multi-line phones while responding to urgent emails after completing new hire training
- assist VIP casino, hotel and convention guest reservations with hotel registration, hotel check out, concierge requests and provide all other supporting services
- properly identify company executives to ensure accurate and up-to-date guest reservations
- maintain knowledge of dining and entertainment venues in Las Vegas to personalize guest recommendations
- describe, solicit and enroll guests in the M-Life loyalty program
- communicate effectively via email, telephone and face-to-face interactions
- pass quality assurance audits including guest service shops, monthly concierge knowledge checks and companywide secret shops
- own all guest requests and complaints, resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- contact all hotel guests within 48 hours of confirmed reservation to assist with pre-arrival requests
- assist in planning and creating itineraries for incoming hotel guests
- greet guests upon arrival and escort them to the lounge for registration
- perform follow-up calls for all hotel guests after arrival
- manage group inbox by responding to all email correspondence within 24 hours
- identify, record and update guest personal profiles
- act as a liaison between multiple departments to execute elaborate guest requests, room set gathering and special occasions
