As an Ultra-Luxury Concierge at MGM Resorts International, you will be an integral part of an elite service team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to ultra-luxury VIP guests staying at their high-end hotel, casino, and convention properties. Your role will be customer-centric, focusing on anticipating and exceeding guest expectations while crafting personalized and memorable moments that reflect the Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5 Diamond quality standards MGM Resorts fiercely upholds. This position is hourly paid, starting at $22.50, offering an opportunity to engage in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and superior guest relations make all the difference.

In this role, you will expertly manage guest communications and reservations utilizing multiple platforms to fulfill complex requests efficiently and seamlessly. By leveraging your extensive knowledge of Las Vegas’ premier dining, entertainment venues, nightlife, golf courses, spa services, and tours, you will provide bespoke recommendations to enrich each guest’s stay. Moreover, you act as a pivotal liaison among various departments to orchestrate special arrangements, ensuring every service aspect contributes to an extraordinary guest experience.

Your daily activities will include greeting VIP guests upon arrival, escorting them comfortably to exclusive lounges, handling check-ins and check-outs, and conducting thoughtful follow-up communications after their arrival. Your interactions will encompass everything from booking high-demand reservations to coordinating celebrations and room setups tailored to individual preferences, always striving to create those iconic "WOW" moments. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about hospitality with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in VIP services, front desk, or concierge positions. Skills such as bilingual capabilities and notary accreditation are highly desirable. The role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with VIP guests and internal stakeholders alike. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old.
