We are currently looking to hire an Ultra Lounge & Lounge Server at Catch, one of ARIA Resort & Casino's prominent nightlife venues known for its stylish ambiance and trend-driven energy. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and who are enthusiastic about providing elevated beverage service with precision and flair. As a Lounge Server, you will be instrumental in enhancing guests' nightlife experiences by delivering prompt, polished service, and ensuring every detail aligns with ARIA's luxury standards.
The position offers a starting hourly rate of $14.5055 plus tips, reflecting the rewarding nature of this role within the hospitality landscape. - Must be 21 years of age or older
- 6 plus months of prior experience as a cocktail and or food server in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of restaurant training program and testing is required
- Knowledge of liquor brands beers and non-alcoholic selections available on casino floor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
- Physical ability to complete opening side duties and maintain service areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 plus months of prior experience as a cocktail and or food server in a similar environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage service and mixology fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete opening side duties fold and stack cocktail napkins stock swizzle sticks straws matches line cocktail trays stock glassware restock supply cabinet inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas rectify any deficiencies
- knowledge of liquor brands beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
- knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
- communicate order into system through bartender ensure transmission is verified
- knowledge of hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
- resolve guest complaints within scope of authority otherwise refers the matter to management notify supervisor and or security of all unusual events circumstances missing items or alleged theft
