Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years old
- legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- current FAA medical certificate
- proficiently read, write, and speak English
- hold minimum of FAA Commercial Pilot License or ATP
- safe driving and safe flying record
- two years of flight instructing experience
- 200 hours of dual
- preference given to pilots with CFI or CFII
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- train CFI applicants in flight procedures and safety protocols
- conduct ground and flight instruction sessions
- evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Academy standards
- maintain accurate records of student progress
- participate in ongoing training and professional development
- promote a culture of safety within the training environment
