Job Requirements

  • No prior experience or training required
  • ability to effectively communicate in English
  • must be able to read and understand the menu
  • must be able to write and ring in tickets
  • must be able to operate a computerized register system
  • must be able to suggestively sell menu items
  • must be able to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
  • must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in training
  • must attend and complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • must attend and complete any required food and/or alcohol service certifications and maintain such certifications during employment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • ability to read and understand the menu
  • ability to write and ring in tickets
  • ability to operate a computerized register system
  • ability to suggestively sell menu items
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
  • successful completion of Twin Peaks Girl training program
  • possession of any required food and/or alcohol service certifications as per local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to all presentation guidelines
  • interaction with and entertainment of guests
  • maintaining proper seating and rotation utilizing Host Concepts
  • promotion of events and specials that promote the goodwill and profitability of the business
  • best-in-class service and hospitality, engaging guests while seating, offering genuine goodbyes to departing guests, answering telephones with approved Twin Peaks verbiage
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
