Job Requirements

  • No prior experience or training required
  • Must attend orientation and agree to company policies and procedures
  • Must successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to unsupervised shifts
  • Must maintain all required certifications during employment
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Must meet specific vision requirements including close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Must be able to read and understand the menu
  • Skilled at operating a computerized register system
  • Capability to suggestively sell menu items
  • Effective communication skills to entertain guests
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • Mathematical ability to compute change and settle checks accurately
  • Completion of Twin Peaks Girl training program
  • Holding food and/or alcohol service certifications compliant with local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to all presentation guidelines
  • Interaction with and entertainment of guests
  • Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
  • Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, taking and ringing in food and drink orders, suggestive selling, delivering orders, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
  • Compliance with costume and presentation standards
  • Participation in optional costume parties in accordance with guidelines
  • Completing any other tasks management may deem necessary
