Job Description

Twin Peaks is a distinctive sports lodge-style restaurant and bar renowned for its unique combination of great food, refreshing beverages, and outstanding hospitality. Established with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, Twin Peaks has grown to be a respected name in the casual dining and entertainment industry. The brand prides itself on its energetic and engaging atmosphere, where guests can enjoy watching sports, savor a diverse menu, and experience top-notch service provided by a team that genuinely cares about their satisfaction and comfort.

At Twin Peaks, the Twin Peaks Girl Bartender role is integral to the overall guest experience. This position is designed not just to serve drinks and food but to engage with guests in a lively and friendly manner, embodying the spirit of the Twin Peaks brand. The Twin Peaks Girl Bartender acts as both a bartender and a hostess, interacting with every patron to entertain, provide information, and ensure their visit is memorable. This role requires a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The Twin Peaks Girl Bartender is responsible for following the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines, which includes wearing the signature costume that defines the unique atmosphere of the establishment. Occasionally, the restaurant hosts themed costume parties which are optional for employees to participate in, but adherence to guidelines is mandatory if they choose to do so. This aspect of the job makes the position both fun and distinctive, appealing to individuals who enjoy a lively work environment and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

In addition to customer interaction, the Twin Peaks Girl Bartender is tasked with driving sales by suggestive selling of the menu items, promoting specials, and supporting events that boost the restaurant's visibility and profitability. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential as this role involves taking and inputting orders accurately, checking on guests during their visit, pre-bussing tables, and handling payments efficiently using a computerized register system.

This position does not require prior experience or formal training, which makes it highly accessible to those seeking to enter the hospitality industry or develop their career in bartending and customer service. However, prospective employees must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable performing basic mathematical computations needed for transaction handling.

The company provides comprehensive training programs to ensure every Twin Peaks Girl Bartender is well-prepared to succeed and deliver the high standards expected. Certifications related to food and alcohol service, as well as compliance with local and state regulations, are a key part of the ongoing training and employment requirements. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, walk around the premises, handle products, and occasionally lift light items, all while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.

What sets this job apart is the blend of camaraderie, the unique Twin Peaks brand experience, and the opportunity to work in a setting that promotes both personal and professional growth. The hourly wage for this role is $10.98, and health insurance benefits are available to eligible employees. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being part of a team that values fun as much as professionalism, the Twin Peaks Girl Bartender position is an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your career in hospitality.
