Job Qualifications
- full time and part time available
- able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- must be able to speak, read, and understand English
- exhibits strong beverage knowledge
- 1-year high volume experience preferred
- must pass a background check
Job Duties
- ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
- double check the order before it goes to a customer
- organize food tickets for the check
- place silverware on the table
- clean off tables after customers have left
- answer any questions the customer may have
- refill customer drinks as needed
- prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
- keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
