The facilities include a renowned championship golf course that attracts golfing enthusiasts, a full-service golf shop, an extensive driving range, well-equipped practice facilities, a halfway house, and an engaging par 3 course. Alongside the golf amenities, there are eight outdoor tennis courts including two pickleball courts, a tennis shop, and a family pool complex featuring a cafe and a junior Olympic size swimming pool. The Club also supports an active children’s club, making it an inviting place for families to relax and create lasting memories.
At Cherry Hills Country Club, the commitment to excellence extends beyond facilities to an enriching member experience. The Club places a strong emphasis on community, quality service, and maintaining high standards in all areas of operations, which has contributed to its rich tradition and lasting reputation.
The role of Platinum Server at Cherry Hills Country Club is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in an upscale, fast-paced dining environment. These servers play a vital role in delivering exceptional banquet and à la carte food and beverage service to Club members and their guests. Being a Platinum Server requires more than just taking orders; it is about creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service and a thorough understanding of the Club’s menus and member preferences.
As a Platinum Server, you will be entrusted with accurately using the point-of-sale system and learning members' names and personal preferences to provide tailored, best-in-class service. You will need to possess comprehensive knowledge of the full menu and beverage offerings, including basic wine knowledge, which allows you to confidently assist guests and elevate their dining experience. The role involves serving in various settings including the à la carte restaurant and social events held at the Club, demanding adaptability and professionalism in every interaction.
Cherry Hills Country Club offers this position as a part-time role with an hourly wage of $18 plus participation in the service charge pool, ensuring competitive compensation for your hard work. Beyond monetary benefits, the Club fosters a supportive working environment with several valuable perks, including double holiday pay, employee meals, golf privileges, free uniforms, free and easy parking, scholarship opportunities, coworker referral bonuses, potential for seasonal bonuses, holiday bonuses, and recognition programs such as Employee of the Month. Additionally, employees can accrue up to 48 hours of sick pay annually, based on hours worked.
If you are a professional with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, this role will suit you well. Flexibility with work hours, including availability on holidays and weekends, is essential for success in this position. Cherry Hills Country Club values professionalism, engagement, and a positive demeanor in its staff, ensuring that every member feels welcomed and valued during their visit.
