As a Guest Environment Expert within The Ritz-Carlton, you will play a pivotal role beyond traditional housekeeping. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel property, thereby contributing significantly to the flawless guest experience for which The Ritz-Carlton is known. This role involves a broad range of duties such as attending to guest requests with professionalism and warmth, stocking housekeeping carts efficiently, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces meticulously, and ensuring that every corner of the hotel reflects the high standards of the brand. More than just cleaning, this role empowers you to proactively assess and address the environment to uphold safety, quality, and the company’s Gold Standards.

The Guest Environment Expert position requires dynamic physical activity including prolonged standing, walking, and occasionally sitting, as well as the ability to manually handle items weighing up to 50 pounds. This hands-on role demands a commitment to safety by following all company policies and procedures meticulously. You will be expected to preserve confidentiality and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, aligning with The Ritz-Carlton’s brand ethos.
