Job Description
The hiring company specializes in managing student housing communities, particularly focusing on the critical periods known as 'student housing turns.' These turns typically last between 10 to 21 days and involve a high volume of activity as hundreds of students move out of their apartments, and new residents move in soon after. The company plays a vital role in maintaining smooth operations during these intense turnover periods. Their properties require detailed and efficient management of multiple logistical challenges, including furniture installation, maintenance, groundskeeping, and assisting residents during move-in days to ensure the community remains welcoming and well-maintained.
