Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- at least 1 year of experience in residential maintenance, facilities, or unit turnover work
- working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair
- valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or emergency calls as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by cleaning, repairing, and refreshing units after move-out
- patch drywall, paint walls, replace flooring sections, and complete cosmetic upgrades
- repair or replace doors, locks, cabinetry, and hardware as needed
- test and maintain appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure proper function
- perform quality-control inspections to ensure units meet JBNC and housing quality standards
- document completed work and meet assigned turnaround timelines to minimize vacancy
- collaborate with maintenance technicians and property managers on larger or specialized repairs
- assist with emergency maintenance and other property support tasks when needed
- travel regularly between JBNC properties using organization vehicles
