The position available is for an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Specialist focused primarily on residential property inspections and pest control. The role involves conducting pest inspections, diagnosing issues related to turf and ornamental plants, and managing territory with a keen understanding of species-specific insect, disease, and cultural tending practices. Candidates will perform manual labor outdoors throughout various weather conditions and have the ability to operate and calibrate lawn or ornamental spray equipment safely and accurately. Knowledge of pesticide mixing is essential to ensure effective and compliant treatment applications. This role will require dedication to both the science and practical aspects of pest management to help maintain the aesthetic and ecological health of residential landscapes.
