- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background and security check
- Must be able to meet FAA safety requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during flights
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
