Job Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment and production environment is preferred
  • Stable work history

  • Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Good time management skills with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
  • Good communication and computer skills

  • Pass the interview process including reading comprehension test
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with proper garments
  • Ability to lift, bend, sit or stand for long periods
  • Ability to walk or stand over a 12-hour shift and potentially walk up to 12 miles
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Regular attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a reading comprehension test and interview

Job Duties

  • Carry wafers in cleanroom pods throughout the production area
  • Wear cleanroom garments including full suit, gloves, mask, hood, and protective eyewear
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the cleanroom environment
  • Meet daily production targets through efficient material handling
  • Walk and stand up to 12 miles during a 12-hour shift
  • Participate in team activities supporting production goals
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures
