- valid TX DL and acceptable driving record
- acceptable background review
- negative drug screen
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic math skills
- reading and writing skills
- ability to apply common sense understanding
- ability to deal with several concrete variables
- frequent standing, walking, sitting, grasping, writing, typing, finger dexterity
