As a prominent player in the hospitality and gaming industry, Tulalip Resort Casino is committed to delivering superior guest experiences while upholding the values and traditions of the Tulalip Tribes.

The role being offered is for a full-time TR/Valet Attendant position within the Tulalip Resort Casino. The valet attendants are responsible for greeting guests warmly, promptly parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring the safety and security of the guests' vehicles during their stay. The compensation rate for this position is competitive, offering $18.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of the role in the overall guest experience.

Valet attendants at Tulalip Resort Casino are expected to be professional, reliable, and skilled in operating a variety of vehicles, including those with manual and automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with at least one year of guest service experience and a minimum of two years of driving experience. Since this role is classified as "safety sensitive," successful candidates will be subject to various compliance checks, including drug and alcohol testing, agility exams, and background investigations to obtain a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.

This role requires flexibility in working hours, as attendants may be assigned to shifts that include days, evenings, graveyard hours, weekends, and holidays. The role also demands physical agility and the ability to pass a medium-level agility test, ensuring that attendants can perform their duties effectively and safely. It is essential for applicants to be at least 19 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record that meets the organization's insurance standards. Out-of-state hires must obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30 days of employment.

Working at Tulalip Resort Casino provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. The Valet Attendant role is not only about driving and parking vehicles but also about representing the resort’s welcoming culture and upholding the highest standards of guest service and safety.
