The role in question is focused on responsible and safe delivery of products to customers, contractors, and various job sites within a designated geographic region. This position requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver License and a minimum of one year of verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience. The role encompasses a variety of hands-on duties such as loading and securing products on trailers, inspecting vehicles for safety, and performing physical activities like walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and handling equipment. Employees must demonstrate dependability, participate actively in safety programs, and maintain high safety standards by following company policies and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Additional duties include the setup of sideboard kits on trailers, completing daily housekeeping of the work area, and using electronic logging devices while driving.
