The Food and Food Service Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in Core-Mark’s operations by ensuring that food products are delivered safely, timely, and in excellent condition to various customers. This full-time position typically operates Monday through Friday, starting early morning hours at 4 AM and continuing until the day's deliveries are completed. Drivers have the opportunity to earn competitive wages ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting the importance of their contribution to the company’s logistics network. Responsibilities also encompass performing thorough safety inspections and maintenance checks to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, managing accurate documentation and freight handling, and following company policies on secure transport and delivery processes.

Core-Mark prioritizes safety and accountability, requiring drivers to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report any safety concerns promptly, meticulously verify freight loads and invoices, and responsibly handle customer returns and payments. Drivers must also maintain logs compliant with federal and state DOT regulations.
