Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialists to identify needed services
- Balance cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while adhering to state and local laws
- Accurately input work order information into point-of-sale system and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
- Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
- Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of customer areas and restrooms including toilets, floors, mirrors, doors, trash cans, and counters
- Lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
- Adapt duties according to business needs demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
