Job Duties

  • first point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
  • balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
  • accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
  • communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
  • perform customer area and restroom maintenance such as but not limited to detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
  • ability to move, lift 25+ pounds
  • ability to work in various temperatures
