Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
- Comfortable with frequent face-to-face interactions with team members and customers
- Must be able to navigate safely in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multitask and remain positive under stressful conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to company standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Follows steps to operate the register including taking orders and handling cash
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
