The Assistant Store Manager role is a critical operational position supporting General Managers overseeing up to 30 to 40 cafes. This role involves a multifaceted support function ranging from the execution of training programs, managing staffing needs, assisting in new café openings, covering absences of General Managers, and providing overall operational oversight to ensure every café functions smoothly and meets corporate standards. Individuals in this role are expected to be proficient in various managerial responsibilities such as coaching, staff development, inventory management, and upholding brand values. The Assistant Store Manager drives the company's culture by embodying and communicating the core values and ensuring their adoption at every level of the team and operational processes. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of restaurant experience including progressive supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word and ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in inventory training when necessary
- Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities
- Assist with the coaching, training, and development of management and crew members
- Assist with hiring and staffing needs while focusing on critically under-staffed cafes
- Provide support for any new software rollouts and training
- Ensure team member training programs are executed per TSC and DYNE standards
- Interact with crew members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
