As a Server at Trillium, you will play a vital role in delivering this exceptional hospitality experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service that ensures every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Your role will involve greeting and serving guests in a timely manner while anticipating their needs with efficiency and care. Maintaining a clean and organized work station in accordance with the company's setup and detailing standards will be essential. You will be expected to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the breakfast and lunch menu offerings to answer guest questions and make recommendations confidently.

Utilizing the Toast system, you will accurately take and enter orders to guarantee that food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly. Your role also includes staying informed on the latest liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws. Assisting in morning service operations including setup and side-work tasks forms part of your daily duties. Effective communication with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members will be crucial to ensure smooth service flow and a seamless guest experience. The position requires physical endurance, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passionate commitment to upholding the core values of the company. Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service
Exceptional customer service skills and passion for creating positive guest experiences
Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be available for early morning shifts
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
