As a Server Assistant on the Food & Beverage team, you will play a vital role in supporting the front-of-house staff to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers with food service, and maintaining the high standards of professionalism and quality expected at Four Seasons. This role demands attention to detail, a friendly attitude, and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and organizing service items, managing clean and polished tableware, and assisting in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining area.

Job Requirements
- Affinity for guest service
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform position to restaurant’s standards and learn sequence of service
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Outgoing personality and can-do approach to any request
Job Qualifications
- At minimum 1 year previous experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
- Additional language a definite asset for career growth
Job Duties
- Stock linen, china, and silver for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition
- Clean soiled bar glassware and polish by properly utilizing the bar dish machine
- Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
- Preparation of condiment and garnish items
- Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest's table
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations
