We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at the Choctaw Nation Headquarters in Durant, Oklahoma. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a predictable schedule and stability. The starting pay is $16 per hour. The Receptionist will be the welcoming face of the organization, responsible for greeting guests, directing visitors, and managing communications in a courteous and professional manner. Reporting to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks including operating the switchboard, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting internal communications with accuracy and reliability. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette and proficiency with Microsoft Office products to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
