Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years as a General Manager or Senior Manager
- Proven leadership in high-volume dining with $3M+ revenue
- Knowledge of fine dining or elevated casual concepts
- SATX-MX or Mexican cuisine experience preferred
- Opening new restaurant teams experience advantageous
- P&L fluency and ability to act on financial data
- Experience using Toast POS and 7shifts or similar platforms
- Experience with Triple Seat or comparable events CRM
- Valid TABC certification or commitment to obtain
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong commitment to the EOS framework of leading, managing, and holding accountable
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years as a General Manager or Senior Manager
- Proven track record leading high-volume, full-service dining rooms with $3M+ annual revenue
- Experience with fine dining or elevated casual concepts
- Knowledge of SATX-MX or Mexican cuisine preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams, especially from new openings
- Strong P&L fluency
- Experience with Toast POS, 7shifts or comparable scheduling platforms
- Experience with Triple Seat or similar events CRM
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain before opening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Genuine belief in the EOS leadership model
Job Duties
- Own the full guest experience at Tres Arcos from open to close dining room, bar, and private dining
- Build, train, and develop the entire Tres Arcos FOH team using the EOS/LMA framework
- Manage daily labor scheduling to hit labor cost targets while maintaining service quality
- Execute pre-shift meetings every service so the team is informed, aligned, and energized before every shift
- Partner with the Kitchen Manager on menu knowledge, ticket times, and FOH/BOH communication
- Drive private dining and event revenue and own the relationship with Triple Seat and the events team
- Monitor and respond to all guest feedback including on-site, online reviews, and direct communication
- Maintain full compliance with TABC regulations, food safety standards, and all Texas ABC requirements
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones with Shift Leads and direct reports using the EOS cadence
- Own the Tres Arcos P&L including food cost, beverage cost, labor, and controllable expenses
- Participate in Mexico Ceaty leadership meetings and contribute to venue-wide operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for FOH supplies and beverage program
