Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems

  • Pleasant, polite manner with neat and clean appearance

Job Duties

  • Take orders from customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and friendly engagement
  • Deliver food to tables in a timely manner
  • Manage and account for cash drawer accurately including beginning and ending balances
  • Ensure sales receipts and financial records are maintained properly
  • Coordinate multiple tasks such as order taking and guest query responses
  • Assist in restaurant operations including food production or service during peak demands
