Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Possess ServSafe and Food Handlers certifications
- Basic knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Point of Sale systems
- Good communication skills
- Self-discipline and leadership ability
- Pleasant, polite manner with neat and clean appearance
Job Duties
- Take orders from customers
- Provide excellent customer service and friendly engagement
- Deliver food to tables in a timely manner
- Manage and account for cash drawer accurately including beginning and ending balances
- Ensure sales receipts and financial records are maintained properly
- Coordinate multiple tasks such as order taking and guest query responses
- Assist in restaurant operations including food production or service during peak demands
