Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time
  • Residency in MS, AL, TN, or GA
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in multitasking and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of P&L management and food safety standards
  • Valid ServSafe certification or equivalent

  • New store opening experience
  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
  • Ability to travel extensively (90%)
  • Located in MS, AL, TN, or GA
  • Servant leadership mindset
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
  • Business acumen (P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, food safety)
  • ServSafe certified (or similar)
