The role involves providing hands-on merchandising support to retailers by designing and building product displays and end caps, resetting shelves to maintain product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. This position is unique in its requirement for travel, with opportunities to explore diverse retail environments across different regions, traveling up to 50% or more of the time. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • reliable transportation to and from work locations
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to travel within and outside home state with overnight hotel stays
  • motivated self-starter with strong bias for action
  • able to work independently and build team relationships
  • safety-first mindset in retail environment
