In the role of an In-Store Merchandiser, you will play a critical part in ensuring that retail environments are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized to attract and retain shoppers. Your primary responsibilities include providing in-store merchandising support, which involves building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation, and tracking inventory. This proactive approach helps maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers by maintaining optimal product placement and availability. This position is travel-intensive, requiring regular travel — potentially up to 50% or more of the time — including overnight stays. Importantly, this role does not involve night shifts, weekend, or holiday work, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking work-life balance along with competitive compensation. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Can perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management
  • Willing to travel within and outside home state with overnight stays
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Demonstrate safety-first mentality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
