In the role of an In-Store Merchandiser, you will play a critical part in ensuring that retail environments are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized to attract and retain shoppers. Your primary responsibilities include providing in-store merchandising support, which involves building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation, and tracking inventory. This proactive approach helps maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers by maintaining optimal product placement and availability. This position is travel-intensive, requiring regular travel — potentially up to 50% or more of the time — including overnight stays.
