The role of Traveling Executive Chef at Bonaventure Senior Living is a dynamic and vital position within their dining services department. This role involves traveling among various senior living communities managed by Bonaventure, overseeing kitchen and dining operations to ensure exceptional meal preparation and presentation. The Traveling Executive Chef is responsible for leading and inspiring culinary and wait staff, managing budgets and inventories, and maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing dining services in restaurants, banquets, or long-term care settings
- experience managing budgets
- proficiency in reading and writing English
- culinary school diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ordering software
- must be over the age of 21
- must pass criminal background check and drug test

- collaborate with health services to provide dining support for residents who require it including mitigating weight loss and addressing specific dietary needs
