The role available is a management position overseeing account coverage for corporate and education dining services, including culinary and service operations. This position offers an annual salary between $65,000 and $80,000 and involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering, adapting menus based on food trends, cost considerations, patron preferences, and seasonal availability. They will also manage weekly inventory, utilize online catering and order systems, oversee purchasing, and ensure adherence to all food safety protocols. Labor management, work scheduling, and employee oversight are key components of the role, alongside delivering superior customer service through direct interaction with customers and clients. Additionally, the manager may assist with special corporate projects or event planning initiatives. This position requires superior time management, communication, and organizational skills, along with the flexibility to work varying schedules. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university college or culinary association
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar culinary management position in retail manufacturing or education dining
  • Excellent time management communication and organizational skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule
  • Possess a valid state driver's license
