Job Requirements

  • willingness to travel to multiple account locations within a 50-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

  • able to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • possess necessary certifications or ability to obtain them
  • background checks or screenings as required by location

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a chef or sous chef in high-volume environments
  • strong culinary skills with a focus on consistency and execution
  • ability to adapt quickly to different kitchens and teams
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to travel frequently within the Fayetteville, NC area
  • servsafe certification or ability to obtain
  • experience in multi-unit or contract dining environments
  • background in training or opening new locations

Job Duties

  • provide on-site culinary support to various locations within the Fayetteville market
  • step in to cover staffing gaps, new openings, or special projects as needed
  • execute menus to company standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation
  • train and support kitchen staff on recipes, food safety, and best practices
  • maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control when needed
  • collaborate with managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
