Job Requirements
- Valid New Mexico state license
- Minimum one year of experience in radiation therapy
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registration and certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapy Technologist
- Graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or certificate in Radiation Therapy Technology
- Prior experience as a radiation therapist or new graduate eligible for the position

Job Duties
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed plans
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with oncologists and medical teams to review and adjust treatment plans
- Monitor patients for side effects and provide supportive care and education
- Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately in medical records
- Participate in quality assurance and safety programs to maintain compliance
- Provide compassionate patient care and support throughout treatment processes
