Job Requirements

current physical therapy license in Indiana
minimum of 1 year clinical experience
valid driver’s license
ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
physical stamina to perform therapy tasks
strong problem-solving skills
effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

licensed physical therapist in the state of Indiana
experience in a clinical or hospital setting
knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Job Duties

conduct patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs
develop and implement individualized treatment plans
