Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in private service, hospitality, or personal assistant roles
  • experienced and passionate chef, self-taught or culinary school trained
  • comfort with improvising and exploring new cuisines
  • beginner Spanish or ability to use translation tools confidently
  • excellent travel adaptability with willingness to travel 75-100% annually
  • strong organizational, reliability, discretion, and self-direction skills
  • proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
  • proficient in Asana project management
  • service-minded and aligned with health-conscious, high-performance lifestyles

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh, healthy, and creative meals 3-5 nights per week
  • cook confidently in multiple kitchens with varying equipment
  • plan weekly menus aligned with nutritional preferences and health goals
  • grocery shop locally and internationally
  • stock pantries and refrigerators with fresh produce and household staples
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • manage food inventory to minimize waste
  • coordinate private chefs or catering for large dinners or events
  • plan and execute small dinners, private events, and social gatherings
  • design menus, tablescapes, and settings
  • shop for decor, linens, and ingredients
  • coordinate logistics with caterers
  • provide professional service during events
  • manage invitations, RSVPs, and guest communication
  • create a welcoming environment for guests
  • coordinate and manage all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • accompany principals on extended stays
  • stage residences or Airbnbs before principals' arrival
  • manage check-ins and troubleshoot property issues
  • research and book restaurants, wellness, and cultural activities
  • handle all travel documentation with precision
  • oversee daily household operations across multiple residences
  • manage and supervise vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
  • track household expenses and budgets
  • maintain property supplies and inventory
  • oversee household vehicles including servicing and registrations
  • send calendar invites and personal emails
  • track personal projects and to-dos in Asana
  • run errands and schedule personal appointments
  • organize digital and physical documents
  • maintain confidentiality and order
