Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is required to start the assignment
  • BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
  • Willingness to relocate to Harker Heights, Texas for the duration of the assignment
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License for Physical Therapy
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Duties

  • Evaluate patient physical conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Administer therapeutic interventions such as exercises and manual therapy
  • Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatments as needed
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
