The facility is known for its advanced surgical services including complex procedures like total joint replacements, spine surgeries, organ transplants (kidney and liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics surgeries. The role demands a nurse with an active RN license, ideally with over three years of OR experience and a transplant skill set, capable of managing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time. The call schedule rotates through first, second, and third call shifts across weekdays and weekends over eight-week periods, requiring adaptability and readiness.
