Job Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operating room nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Ability to work 4x10 hr shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Kailua, HI for 13 weeks
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operating room nursing
- Proficient in perioperative nursing procedures
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Job Duties
- Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after operations
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Prepare and sterilize operating rooms and surgical instruments
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Assist in the management of surgical emergencies
