This specific role is a Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) assignment based in Manchester, Connecticut. Fusion Medical Staffing is offering a 13-week contract for an experienced OR RN seeking an opportunity to impact patient care in a dynamic perioperative setting. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $2,299 to $2,446 per week and entails working five 8-hour day shifts each week. As the Operating Room RN, you will provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Duties include preparing the operating room by ensuring all necessary instruments and sterile supplies are available and functional, assisting with patient positioning and preparation, maintaining the sterile field, anticipating surgical team needs, monitoring patient status, handling surgical instruments and specimens, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
