Job Requirements
- Active RN license in Arizona
- minimum of one year experience in labor and delivery nursing
- certification in Basic Life Support
- ability to work flexible shifts
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform nursing duties
- willingness to relocate to Tucson, Arizona
Job Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Arizona
- certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of obstetric emergency procedures
- commitment to patient-centered care
Job Duties
- Provide care and support to laboring mothers during childbirth
- monitor fetal and maternal health status during labor
- assist with delivery and immediate postpartum care
- educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum processes
- collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- respond promptly to emergencies or complications during labor and delivery
