Job Requirements
- Active registered nurse license or eligible for Arizona licensure
- Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency or trauma nursing
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-stress environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona for the duration of the assignment
Job Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency or trauma nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced emergency department environment
Job Duties
- Assess and triage patients in the emergency department and trauma unit
- Provide immediate and effective nursing care to critically ill and injured patients
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope
- Document all patient care activities meticulously and accurately
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions as necessary
